Opening Hours

We are committed to ensuring every young person has a good education. So these boards maybe closed at certain times during the academic term.

Maintenance work and upgrades are usually carried out during the early hours of the morning so there is as little disruption to your enjoyment as possible.

If you are 18 years or over and either work or volunteer in the youth sector, we want you! We are looking for people 18 plus to register as moderators ahead of our official opening to help run the forum, email moderators@nyf.org.uk to find out how you can be apart of this forum!

Welcome! to the UK National Youth Forum, this is an active forum for anyone aged 17 or under.

We have a wide and varied range of topics you can engage in these include; what's on the news, to issues with peer pressure, to religion to eduction and work related issues.

You choose what you want to talk about, you can add new topics, build a buddies list, you can add things to your local calendar, you can vote on all kinds of stuff, you can share your thoughts on all your favourite networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Bebo, share videos and pictures or you can just talk to your hearts content.

The more you use the forum the more fun you will have, and the more stuff that will become available.

SECURITY ALERT:

The UK National Youth Forum never asks for email addresses, usernames or passwords after registration or login*. Please do not give any personal details over this network (even through Private Messaging) as we cannot guarentee the security.

We never send chain mails. All mails will come directly from us to your email or Private Message box. All email sent by us will contain, for security, your username and email address. Our messages will never contain links to other sites asking for personal details.

Moderators have been put in place to keep these forums safe and enjoyable for all who use them. If you are asked or told something by a moderator then please take note. Failing to do so could result in your privileges being suspended or even a ban from the site.

The Warning System

These forums operate a warning system that covers every user of these boards. Should a user be found in breach of any of the rules a warning notice maybe served.

Please remember that more then one warning notice can be served at any time for the same or multi offences.

Should a warning level excel 80% the user (including Management Team) may receive an automatic ban for up to 2 years. 100% will result in an automatic permanent ban.
